One Thursday a month the lounge becomes a craft table, and one Thursday it becomes a cinema. "Purr & Paint" hands you a canvas, a glass of something and a cat to paint; the film nights are cosy, low-volume and picked by staff vote, with the residents wandering the aisles.
Both run from 7 to 9:30 pm, include a drink and a snack from the bar, and are strictly capped at fourteen so the cats stay relaxed. Dates are posted on the blog and social a month ahead.
These sell out most months. Book early, and bring a friend who claims not to be a cat person.
