A gentle sixty-minute flow in the lounge before the doors open, led by a local instructor and interrupted regularly by cats. It is not a serious class and nobody expects it to be; the point is a slow start to Sunday with sunlight on the floor and a resident asleep on your mat by the end.
Mats are provided, all levels are welcome, and the session finishes with coffee and a morning bun at the bar. Spots are limited to ten so the room stays calm, and they go quickly.
Book through the form and pick Cat Yoga as the visit type; we will confirm your place by email.
