The lounge is the heart of the place: a bright room with window benches, climbing shelves and twelve resident cats who decide for themselves whether you are interesting. Visits are booked in hourly slots and capped at twelve guests, so the room stays calm and you actually get to meet the cats rather than wave at them across a crowd.
Every ticket includes a drink from the bar, brought to you in the lounge. Wash your hands on the way in, sit anywhere, and let the cats come to you. Staff are always in the room to make introductions and answer questions.
Kids are welcome from age six with an adult. Half-hour drop-ins run when there is space, and the Regulars Pass gives you unlimited visits for a month.
